About Kasvaa

Kasvaa is a growth consultancy based in Los Angeles.

Aptly, the name Kasvaa comes from the Finnish word for “GROW”.

We specialize in helping businesses across industries build strategies that lay the groundwork for innovation and transformation.

What does that mean?

When you’re doing something new, you can call us.

Doing new stuff is hard. Remember learning to ride a bicycle? It was weird at first and you had to focus on a bunch of different things all at once.

Eventually, you got it but you fell a lot. When you learned to ride a bike, you probably had someone standing behind you and encouraging you, maybe even holding the seat as you got going. That’s us. We focus on helping people do a new thing until that thing becomes natural and they don’t need us anymore.

Managing Partner

Stephen Lehtonen is the Founder and Managing Partner of Kasvaa. He’s spent the last 20 years helping businesses grow.
 As a business development executive, he has honed strategies for winning business and loved helping clients create sales strategies that win. He has an MBA from UCLA Anderson School of Management and a BA from UCSD. Lehtonen is also a father, husband, and stand-up comic in Los Angeles.
