Stephen holds an MBA from UCLA Anderson School of Management and a BA from UCSD. Beyond his professional pursuits, he’s a dedicated father, husband, and stand-up comic based in Los Angeles, California.

Brittany Schneller |Marketing Coordinator

Brittany is the Marketing Coordinator at Kasvaa, where she supports the execution of marketing initiatives that connect strategy to clear, consistent messaging. She works closely with the team to bring ideas to life across channels. Managing content, coordinating campaigns, and ensuring alignment with the broader go-to-market strategy. With strong attention to detail and a focus on organization, Brittany keeps projects moving forward and ensures nothing falls through the cracks, while helping translate complex concepts into approachable, engaging content that resonates with target audiences.

Christy Reniere | Marketing 

Christy is a strategic marketing leader with more than 15 years of experience building and scaling subscription-based businesses across the fitness and wellness industries. Her expertise spans go-to-market strategy, lifecycle marketing, product marketing, and digital customer experience, with a strong focus on driving subscriber growth, engagement, retention, and long-term customer value.

She previously helped lead growth initiatives for Beachbody’s $1B+ direct-to-consumer business and most recently have overseen marketing and growth efforts across a multi-market Orangetheory Fitness franchise group. Known for combining analytics, creativity, and customer-centric strategy, she thrives in fast-paced, mission-driven environments focused on meaningful growth and behavior change.

Greg Belcher |Finance 

Greg is a seasoned finance executive with extensive experience in corporate development, M&A integrations, ERP implementations, and strategic planning. Over the course of his career, Greg has led finance and M&A operations for industrial, software, and technology companies, focusing on maximizing growth opportunities and ensuring operational excellence. Greg holds an MBA from the University of Wisconsin and brings a unique perspective from his time at KPMG and various private equity-backed ventures.

Ryan Hayes |Finance 

Ryan Hayes is a finance and strategy consultant with over 15 years of experience advising organizations through complex financial transitions, long-range planning, and operational transformation. He brings deep expertise developed across finance and analytical roles at The Walt Disney Company and Warner Bros. Entertainment, where he supported C-suite and Board-level decision-making on multi-billion dollar strategic initiatives including M&A integration, major financing transactions, and company-wide restructuring. In his consulting work, he has advised clients across media, publishing, healthcare, and technology on organizational transformation, strategic planning, and financial reporting remediation. He holds an MBA from UCLA Anderson and a BBA in Finance from the University of Kentucky.

Edouard Biron |Finance 

Edouard Biron specializes in developing financial analysis tools and operating and financial projection models to assist clients in making strategic decisions.
For instance, clients use his models to inform major capex/expansion projects, acquisitions and disposals, equity and debt financing, or recapitalization transactions. His sector experience spans several verticals, including (among other things) SaaS, direct-to-consumer brands, logistics, infrastructure, energy & power/utilities.
Before working with The CEO’s Right Hand, Edouard was at Full Stack Finance, an outsourced accounting and CFO services practice based in Los Angeles. He also worked for the investment banking arm of HSBC in Paris, New York, London, and Hong Kong, advising third-party clients on mergers and acquisitions, cross-border joint ventures, and equity partnerships.
Edouard holds a Master of Science in Management from HEC Paris, majoring in entrepreneurial finance at UCLA Anderson as part of its International MBA Exchange Program. He is also a guest contributor at the Pepperdine Graziadio Business School in Malibu, California.

Adriana T. Torresan is a Product Designer, UX Researcher, and Product Strategist with over 25 years of experience helping organizations create products that customers love and businesses can successfully grow. Her career spans product strategy, user experience design, research, and innovation, with leadership and consulting experience at companies including Disney Imagineering, Capital Group, SAP, and BMW Design Group USA. Having also founded and operated her own technology startup, Adriana brings a practical understanding of the challenges founders face when building and scaling products. Born and raised in Brazil, she is bilingual in English and Portuguese and lives in Glendale, California, with her family and their dog, June.
